Over the past 32 years as a CPA, Mike has found that a successful business relationship is based on each individual’s needs being met to their specifications. He has extensive experience with personal / business tax return preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations and LLC’s. This also includes financial statements, business planning, and consulting. Mike’s expertise includes, but is not limited to, construction, auto & RV dealerships, hospitality / restaurant industries as well as other industries.

Mike will continue to give prompt service to clients by providing accurate tax returns in a timely fashion. He will also work with his clients throughout the year to advise them in tax saving techniques and future income planning.

Lyle has over 30 years of specialty experience in income tax preparation and planning for Individuals, Businesses, Corporations, Partnerships, and LLC's, including financial statement preparation, consulting and planning for businesses. He provides professional accounting services to a variety of clients both private and personal.

Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University. Upon graduation she worked at a local C.P.A. firm in Fort Collins before joining Marquis, Emerson & Associates. She has experience with the preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, as well as helping clients with their accounting software and bookkeeping maintenance.
